Presently, learning resources for these integrated skills are often scattered and fragmented, lacking a cohesive, practice-oriented system suitable for learners of all backgrounds. Designers may struggle to apply design principles to AI interactions, developers might lack visual design thinking and user experience insights, and product managers may not fully grasp how to articulate an AI product's uniqueness through design language. The 'AI + 2D Graphic Design' course is structured into five key modules: **Days 1-2: AI Interaction Design (Coze Case Study)** This module covers the complete design thinking process (empathize → define → ideate → prototype) and specific considerations for AI interactions, such as multi-agent systems, dialogue flow, and user control. Practical sessions on the Coze platform will include building Agents, Workflows, and designing GUIs. Key topics include: 'AI Interaction Design - From Problem to Idea' and 'AI Interaction Design - From Idea to Prototype,' along with 'AI Interaction Design - Coze Frontend Design.' **Day 3: Visual Design Fundamentals & AI Art Generation Principles** Participants will learn core visual design principles, including color theory, typography, layout, and form. The module also explains the fundamental principles of AI, such as embeddings, learning processes, and diffusion models, alongside an introduction to Stable Diffusion and prompt engineering basics. Resources include: 'Visual Design Principles' and 'Artificial Intelligence and AI Painting Principles.' **Day 4: Controllable AI Image Generation & Poster Design** This section explores advanced AI image control techniques like ControlNet, LoRA, and IPAdapter. It covers AI-assisted creativity and the principles of poster design, focusing on rhetoric, narrative, contrast, and simplicity. Strategies for visual communication are also discussed. The associated lessons are: 'Personalized Image Generation' and 'Poster Design and Visual Communication Principles.' **Day 5: AI Art Thinking & New Paradigms in Art Generation/Future** The final module delves into art thinking and innovation, exploring historical context, blue ocean strategies, and disruptive innovation. It examines new paradigms in AI art generation, such as iterative optimization, and discusses cutting-edge advancements like GPT-4o and future trends in agents and video generation. The importance of human value, particularly empathy, is also highlighted. This module includes: 'Design, Art Thinking, and Beauty' and 'Image Generation Frontiers: Making AI Paint Like Humans.' Through case-driven learning and hands-on exercises, this course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the entire workflow, from design thinking and visual language to interface interaction and AI prototype development, thereby enhancing overall AI + design capabilities.
